Azul Brazilian Airlines is a low cost airline in Brazil. It was founded by the same found of Jetblue, David Neeleman. The airline began service in 2008. While David Neelman is an American, he was also born in Brazil and holds Brazilian citizenship so he was able to start the airline in Brazil. Since the airline started in 2008, it has consistently grown and offers more flights and more destinations in Brazil.
